Instructions for Posting Property Rentals or Sales on HomeApp.ae

 

1. Website Navigation

1)       Property Search: Choose whether you are interested in rental or sale properties and use filters “For rent or For sale” to refine your search.

2)       Posting an Advertisement: Click on the "Add Property" button or go to the "New Object" menu.

3)       Stay Updated: Visit the News section for current information.

4)       For Investors Section: Find useful information about the real estate market, including analytics, economic aspects, and statistics. Analytics is prepared by the in-house professional research team.

5)       Information Section: Learn about us or review the site instructions.

6)       Reviews: Read reviews or leave your comments in the Reviews section.

7)       FAQ Section: Find answers to frequently asked questions.

8)       Requesting Help: Submit a request in the Support Request section or send an email to [email protected].

 

2. Creating an Advertisement

1)      Click the "Add Advertisement" button in the upper right corner of the homepage or select "New Object" from the main menu.

2)      Select from the dropdown list:

a)       "For Rent or For Sale?"

b)       Property type

c)       Your status (I am:)

3)      Enter the following information:

a)       Full Name

b)       Phone Number

c)       Email Address

4)      Upload the following documents:

a)       Title Deed/Oqood/Pre Title Deed

b)       Owner’s Passport and/or Emirates ID

c)       For agents: upload additional documents:

i)         Form A

ii)       Upload QR Code

5)      Fill in the fields:

a)       Object Name

b)       Property Address

c)       GPS Coordinates

6)      Upload photos. If the file size exceeds 20 Megabytes, use Google Drive or another file transfer system and provide the link in the next step.

7)      Fill in the property details:

a)       Number of Bedrooms

b)       Number of Bathrooms

c)       Total Area

d)       Rental/Sale Price

e)       Property Description

8)      Select the furniture type from the dropdown list (Furniture).

9)      Specify amenities (Amenities) and infrastructure (Infrastructure).

10)  Add comments if desired.

11)  Agree to the publication terms: Follow the link "I agree with the terms of the site agreement" and check the box.

12)  Submit your request: Click the "Send" button.

 

3. Publication of the Advertisement

1)      After clicking "Submit," your advertisement will be reviewed by an administrator and published on the site. In case you do not have a QR code enabling publication of real estate advertisement or require help of a professional real estate agent, please let our administrator know and our team will help you.

2)      Please note that all advertisements are subject to review and approval by moderators, which may take up to 2 business days.

 

4. Managing Your Advertisement

If you need to make changes, correct errors, or withdraw your advertisement, contact support by clicking the "Support Request" button or sending an email to [email protected] with the necessary documents attached.

 

5. Advertisement Publication Rules

1)       Advertisements must not contain spam or advertisements.

2)       Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is required.
