No, registration is not required to search for real estate.

To list your property on HomeApp, you need to go to the page by clicking the "New Object" button, where you can fill out all the necessary information about your property. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Information - Instruction" section.

To change your details, you need to send a request to our support service via the "Support Request" button located at the top right.

A QR Code is a unique two-dimensional code used in the Trakheesi system, which manages licensing and registration of real estate properties in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This system was developed by the Dubai Land Department and simplifies the process of buying, selling, and renting properties.

To obtain a QR code, you must have an account in the Trakheesi system. In case you do not have it, our Administrator will provide you appropriate guidance and assistance.

Form A is a contract that regulates the relationship between the real estate agent and the owner (seller) of the property that the agent will represent during the sale process. Form A is generated on the Dubai Land Department website.
